Gaining the number one spot

The link with the highest amount of funds at any one time will be listed at the top. Any links with a matching fund amount will be listed below the top link in order of sign up. If more than one link is added at the same time the first link successfully processed will appear top (If they have paid the highest amount).

Commission and charity donations

• All participants earn a share of 50%* of all new income (*adjusted for VAT & PayPal payment processing fees) each time anyone else is added or topped up on the site.
  (Commission due will be paid monthly or can also be donated to the participant's chosen charity.)
• The participant is the person who first pays for the link to be added. (i.e. Likely to be but not necessarily the site owner.)
• Also 25%* of all income (*adjusted for VAT & PayPal payment processing fees) will be donated to charities selected by the participants.
  (Whenever a participant's total is £10 or more we will make a payment directly to your chosen charity.)

Details of how we have calculated the commission and charity donations are available on request – but in simple terms the key factor we have used is the order in which payments were received calculated in proportion to the total amount any participant has paid to the site.

It is the responsibility of the participants to keep The ICELAB Ltd informed about any changes of contact information, bank details or changes to their web address.
Unclaimed charity payments exceeding £10 after 6 months will be donated to a charity selected by The ICELAB Ltd.
Unclaimed commission payments exceeding £1 after 6 months will go to The ICELAB Ltd unless otherwise instructed by the participant.

Link Changes

The person who originally pays to add a link can elect at anytime to change the link to point to an alternative website. i.e. They own that slot on the page.

No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of this purchase we are unable to offer any refunds. The only exception to this policy is that The ICELAB Ltd reserves the right to remove inappropriate or offensive links and will issue a full refund in this case only.
